To purchase a Nucleus Colony, please use the online shop - you can reserve yours today by placing a deposit of £50 to secure your order. A further £170 will be payable upon collection of the Nucleus Colony from Derwent Honey. Collection will be from April.

When can I collect my Nucleus Colony?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email once the Nucleus Colony is ready for collection - this is usually in April/May. Our email will include information such as: available collection dates and times, the Derwent Honey collection address, and how you can pay the remaining £170 due on collection. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like further information.

How do I purchase more than 12 jars of honey?

Thank you for your interest in our honey - for larger orders of 12+ jars, please contact us via email at enquiries@derwenthoney.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further information.

Can I return the honey and have a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds for honey are accepted if the tamper seal remains intact. Delivery postage is not refundable.
